At-Home Computer Support - I Come To You!

I bring technical assistance directly into your home!. Is your computer not running quite like it was when it was new?  Using the age of your computer, I will optimize your Windows computer and software to the best it can be.  I am quite able to replace or upgrade hardware on-site.  I will give you an honest and informed opinion about the state of affairs of your computer.  An ounce of prevention IS worth a pound of cure.  With over 12 years of Desktop computer experience, I will work quickly to ensure your computer is healthy and ready-to-go, when you need it most!   • Can deal with issues relating to any Windows operating system or software application.

  • Always arrive equipped with all tools, components, devices, and software that are required.

  • Customer must have own licensed copy of a Windows Operating System CD and/or Application Software CD

  • All work is performed on-site, unless otherwise pre-arranged due to time, (eg: extensive downloading required and client's Internet is dial-up.)

  • Large pool of highly skilled resources.

Availability

The service appointments can be scheduled between the hours of  9am and 5pm Monday to Friday; and some evenings and Saturdays. Sundays are for family. Appointments made on a first come, first serve basis. I usually specify an approximate time of the appointment to within 2 hours, in case of unexpected delays.  NB: If I have a small business client with an emergency, they take precedence over a residential service call.

 

Charges

A competitive low rate of $75 for the first initial hour (minimum) and $60 per hour following in 15 minute increments.  I charge by the quarter hour for even more cost savings. During the time I am onsite, if it cannot be fixed to your satisfaction - you don't pay! PERIOD.

Coverage

The table above described charges for homes within 35kms of my home business. Galetta, Kinburn, Fitzroy Harbour, Pakenham, Arnprior, Calabogie, White Lake, Burnstown, Braeside, Castleford, and Renfrew only.  No extra charges for transportation to your home or small business; except for areas outside the 35km radius, including rural Fitzroy Harbour, Woodlawn, Carp, Constance Bay, Rural Renfrew, Rural White Lake (Penishula Rd areas) Rural Calabogie, Eganville, Douglas, Kelly's Corners, Haley's Station, Cobden, Beachburg, and Lake Dore (Hwy 41) areas, and will have an additional $20 to $30 one time transportation fee.  Advanced booking required.  Service to these remote areas are approximately 4 times per month.

    

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied by the end of my service call with you - you don't pay! Period.
